Subject: School Closure Dates Due to GCSE Examinations Dear Parents, Carers, and Students, I hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of the upcoming school closure dates due to the GCSE examinations. As a significant number of students will be sitting their exams this summer, it is necessary for the school to close to Year 10 and Key Stage 3 students on the following dates, as all staff will be required to invigilate exams, both at Falkland Road and for 1:1 students. BHES will be open for lessons from 1:30 pm on the following days, but open in the morning only for year 11 exams:- Monday 11th May
- Thursday 14th May
- Tuesday 19th May
- Thursday 21st May
- Wednesday 3rd June (all day closure)
- Friday 5th June
- Wednesday 10th June
