Our practice is based in listening to students and families about their specific situation, collecting all information that is available from other professionals and planning our provision based on this.
We include all students and parents/carers in review meetings and staff help students and parents/carers to increase their confidence in representing themselves and telling professionals their views.
We believe that you have the right to do as well as you can. We celebrate the fact that all of you are unique and special, that you come from many different backgrounds and you have a mixture of family groups, religious ideas and cultural beliefs. We believe that by celebrating and acknowledging these we can all learn and develop.
